摘要： 立足于勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的業(yè)務(wù)特性及其應(yīng)用場景，設(shè)計(jì)了一款數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展示工具,并基于Spring Boot開發(fā)框架和Vue框架分別實(shí)現(xiàn)后端和前端的工具開發(fā)工作。該工具具備多項(xiàng)功能，包括數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范文檔的分冊展示、勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)流程展示，以及勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范和主數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的可視化呈現(xiàn)。用戶通過該工具，可按照不同的業(yè)務(wù)層級、業(yè)務(wù)活動、數(shù)據(jù)集及其相互之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進(jìn)行直觀的圖形化瀏覽和查看。結(jié)合勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)流程，通過數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可視化展示，該工具極大地增強(qiáng)了數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的共享性和可理解性，從而促進(jìn)了數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在企業(yè)內(nèi)部的有效溝通和應(yīng)用，為勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)治理工作提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，助力勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)管理整體效率和質(zhì)量的提升，同時(shí)為數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動決策和業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化提供了有力支持。

Design and implementation of exploration and development data standard display tool

Abstract： Based on the business characteristics and application scenarios of exploration and development data standards, this paper designs a data standard display tool, and implements backend and frontend tool development work based on the Spring Boot development framework and Vue framework, respectively. This tool has multiple functions, including the display of data standard specification documents in volumes, the display of exploration and development business processes, and the visual presentation of exploration and development business data standard specifications and master data standard specifications. Through this tool, users can conduct intuitive graphical browsing and viewing according to different business levels, business activities, data sets and their mutual association relationships. Combined with the characteristics and business processes of exploration and development, by realizing the visual display of data standards, this tool has greatly enhanced the shareability and understandability of data standards, thus promoting the effective communication and application of data standards within the enterprise. It provides a solid foundation for the exploration and development data governance work, helps to improve the overall efficiency and quality of exploration and development data management, and at the same time provides strong support for data-driven decision-making and business optimization.

引言

在當(dāng)今數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型加速的時(shí)代背景下，數(shù)據(jù)作為一種新的生產(chǎn)要素越來越受到國家和企業(yè)的重視。數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是為保障數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)外部使用和交換的一致性和準(zhǔn)確性而發(fā)布的規(guī)范性要求，作為數(shù)據(jù)治理工作開展的基礎(chǔ)，數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在任何行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)治理實(shí)踐中都發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用［1-2］。在數(shù)據(jù)治理和數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理領(lǐng)域，已有大量研究探討了數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、管理和展示方法。早期研究多集中于數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的構(gòu)建［3-4］，隨著信息技術(shù)發(fā)展，研究逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)用與管理［5］。在數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展示方面，已有一些通用的展示工具，然而，這些工具在處理行業(yè)特定數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展示時(shí)存在局限性，缺乏對行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)在邏輯與業(yè)務(wù)背景的深度理解，針對勘探開發(fā)領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展示的研究更少。

勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)因其流程長，業(yè)務(wù)過程復(fù)雜，形成了龐大復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，如果不能直觀、清晰地展示其內(nèi)在的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系，將限制數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的共享和其在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的作用發(fā)揮。此外，這種局限性還會對業(yè)務(wù)用戶參與相關(guān)工作的積極性產(chǎn)生不利影響，進(jìn)而影響整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)治理工作的推進(jìn)效率與效果。鑒于此，本文對比了多種方法和技術(shù)，包括傳統(tǒng)的文檔形式、表單展示、知識圖譜技術(shù)等。傳統(tǒng)的文檔形式便于版本管理，保持標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完整性，但缺乏動態(tài)交互性，難以實(shí)時(shí)更新。表單展示雖簡單易用，但在處理復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)存在明顯的局限性，無法有效展示數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間復(fù)雜的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。知識圖譜技術(shù)能夠直觀地展示數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系，但實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜度較高。

綜合對比后，本文緊密結(jié)合勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所特有的復(fù)雜特點(diǎn)，研究設(shè)計(jì)了一款適合于石油勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的展示工具，致力于將原本繁雜、抽象的勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化，以易于實(shí)現(xiàn)的方法用直觀、可視化的形式呈現(xiàn)出來，從而提高數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可讀性和共享性，促進(jìn)勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)治理工作的深入開展，同時(shí)為業(yè)務(wù)用戶更好地理解和應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供有力支持，進(jìn)而推動數(shù)據(jù)治理在勘探開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的整體效能提升。
