當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間2025年8月6日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱(chēng)，對(duì)特定用于液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下游產(chǎn)品和制造此類(lèi)基板的方法II（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same II，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1441）作出337部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2025年7月15日作出的初裁（No.24）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解，終止本案對(duì)被告——位于中國(guó)深圳的惠科股份有限公司（HKC Corporation Ltd.）和位于中國(guó)香港的惠科海外有限公司（HKC Overseas Ltd. ）的調(diào)查。

2025年3月3日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定用于液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下游產(chǎn)品和制造此類(lèi)基板的方法II（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same II）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1441）。

2025年1月31日，美國(guó)Corning Incorporated of Corning, New York向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷(xiāo)售的該產(chǎn)品違反了美國(guó)337條款（侵權(quán)美國(guó)注冊(cè)專(zhuān)利號(hào)7,851,394、8,642,491、8,640,498），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。據(jù)資料顯示，此次被列名的被告包括惠科等9家企業(yè)。
